2023/24 Storm Swim Club: Dues Schedule

Your dues go towards paying for coaching, pool rental, equipment and more.  We strive to keep fees low through fundraising (hosting swim meets) and we ask all members to plan to be an active member when it comes to volunteering to help these events run smoothly.

For those interested in Swimming and Diving, we do offer a combo program.  Anyone in this group will be expected to volunteer at our hosted swim meets.

-  For those Swimmers starting late, we do offer prorated fees.  Simply login and sign up!  If you are registering towards the end of the month, please send an email to ensure you aren't double charged (we will look out for this as well).

-  Online registration will be available for generally 1 month preceding each season (see below).

-  Masters are required to register with AAU.  Please follow the link and use our team code to ensure you're affiliated with Storm.  Adult AAU Membership Link - Storm Code: W3834T 

-  High School Prep Info:  This group will only be offered during the months of June and July.  Swimmers can pick the AM or PM option

Online Registration Dates

-  Our site asks for payment upon completion of the registration process. If you have past due fees or credits, they will be applied to your balance 

-  All swimmers must be paid in full prior to starting with our club.  If you need an alternative payment plan, please contact us ahead of time to work out an alternative plan.

Multiple Swimmer Discount

-  Masters swimmers do not qualify for discounted pricing.

-  If you sign up online the system will automatically deduct the discount.

-  These discounts do not apply to March or August Training.

Additional Fees

- We used to register all swimmers for USA Swimming.  That process has changed and will be placed on family to take care of that.  Cost is typically 70-75 a year and allows your swimmer to compete as USA Swimming sanctioned events. 

Volunteer and Time Commitments

Refunds

-  New swimmers who withdraw from the team within the first two weeks will receive a full refund of all dues.

-  No dues/fees will be refunded after the first two weeks of practice, with the exception of injuries that cause the swimmer to be out for more than four weeks.  In such situations a doctor’s medical note is required.

-  The Storm Registration Fee is not refundable.

Storm Monthly Pay – FAQ’s

What’s the difference between “Seasonal” and “Yearly”?

Seasonal swimmers are registering for only Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer. If you are a full-time club swimmer, yearly might be an option for you.  The yearly option has several benefits, including: an approximate 5% savings vs seasonal and free March and August Training. Yearly swimmers will not be allowed to cancel or suspend their account.

What is HS Prep?

We have done away with Middle School and HS Maintenance and combined them into HS Prep. This option is for swimmers looking to stay in shape for their HS Season and gives them more flexibility in the summer. Swimmers may attend meets and are expected to volunteer.

My swimmer does other sports or needs a break, do I have to pay for the full season?

Seasonal swimmers may opt out if needed.  Simply fill out the pause/cancel form below to enusre your membership is suspended for future months.

Here are a few examples of this situation:

• John runs CC in the fall and starts Boys Swimming in December, but wants to get in the water before the winter season starts.  In this situation, register him for the correct group.  Let us know that he'll be joining the HS team with the suspend/cancel membership form to ensure you're billed correctly.
• Sarah is struggling with balancing schoolwork and swimming and needs to step back to re-focus on school.  We understand that situations like this arise.  Again, fill out the form indicating when she’ll be pausing her membership and either indicate on the form when she’s ready to get back in the water or send us an email if the return date is up in the air.

Can I pay with a check?

We are switching away from checks, but will still accept them in certain circumstances.  We are making it a requirement to save a Credit Card or ACH payment to our site to ensure meets, merchandise, Storm Reg fee and other costs are payed promptly. However, if you want to make a large payment up front, we will accept that and leave a credit on your account.

Can we adjust groups in the middle of the season?

Yes!  We'll still end out assessments at beginning of November, March and July each year.  If you move up a group we'll simply adjust the billing side and you'll be good to go.
