Assistant Coach
Foxjet Swim Team in Eden Prairie is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for coaching and teaching. This role involves collaborating with lead coaches in the development of young swimmers, making it an exciting opportunity for someone dedicated to youth athletics and possessing a strong sense of responsibility and engagement.
The starting pay for this position is $20 per hour, offering a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's previous experience and success in the field.
Candidates who share a genuine love for swimming and a dedication to working with young athletes are encouraged to apply. While prior coaching experience is not mandatory, successful applicants must complete all USA Swimming Coach requirements within the initial months of employment, with all associated fees covered by the team.
