Coach K is working to get the Championship roster finalized and I need your help.   Entries for ASI Champs are due by Monday.  To be able to communicate with everyone necessary though, it helps if I get those entries in the system earlier because once you have done your part I still have a lot to do from my end.  If you are going to champs please choose your events and send me an email if you want my help making a decision on whether you need to change...

Championship meet info and events have finally been posted!  This is the meet where the team gets to show our strength and harvest the improvements from all the hard work we have done.  We hope to see everyone eligible to swim in the big meet there to make a true team effort.  Remember, while championships are required for contract groups, they are also strongly encouraged for the blue and black groups.  With the championship meet in Fayetteville this time, instead of Little Rock, we hope that we will be able...

Tuesday and Thursday are the mornings. Wednesday is early schedule, so all contract groups start at 5. Friday and Saturday will be announced later. And don't forget about team pics on Thursday from 4:30-6:30!

There will be mornings this week on Tuesday and Thursday for contract groups. Also, Coach Kurt will be holding a practice Friday afternoon at 4 and Saturday morning at 7 for all contract groups. Even though I need to make the final entries through the USA Swimming site, if you are going to Sectionals please do your entry on our site just like you would for any other meet.  Also please let me know your travel plans:  Do you need a ride back and forth to Tulsa?  Are you available for relays all days?  Will you be staying in a team room or with parents?  It is time to get our plan for the Sectional team nailed down ASAP.  Thanks!
