Please check out the warm-up schedule for this weekend's RAC AquaHawgs Presidential Invitational. Please note that Saturday afternoon 's session has been pushed back an hour so that warm-ups are at 12:30 p.m. with the meet starting at 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon will still have 11:30 a.m. warm-up/1:00 p.m. start. warm up assignments
Tomorrow, Wednesday, 2-12, all contract groups will swim at 5pm. Coach Shawn will be offering a Thursday morning practice at 6am, Friday practice at 4pm, and a Saturday morning practice at 8am for the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Elite groups. Coach Kurt
Since there is no school tomorrow, Coach Kurt will hold morning practice at 7am instead of 6 for contract groups.
All, We will have practice tonight. It will be normal time for contract groups. I will run a make up practice for Blue and Black groups tonight as well at their normal times. As for tomorrow, the high school meet that was suppose to take place last night has been rescheduled for tomorrow night so we will not have practice tomorrow night. Coach Kurt will be holding a practice tomorrow morning for all contract groups. Also, Coach K will be holding a practice Friday morning and Friday evening at 4pm...

Tonight is the deadline to enter the home meet. It is not too late to sign up if you log in and get it done tonight (Monday the 27th). Also, if you haven't picked your events yet, don't forget to finish them! Mornings offered this week are Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday will be on the early timeline so all contracts come at 5.
