Mornings are Tuesday and Thursday. Friday will be announced later. Saturday morning coach k is offering a 7am. Wednesday is early timeline.

TEAM HOTEL BLOCK INFORMATION: Coach K blocked 15 double queen rooms under "Killer Whales" at the Hampton Inn Fayetteville (479) 587-8300.  You may claim a room from our block to get a special rate of $90 per night.  The rooms are blocked for Thursday, Friday and Saturday (March 13-16) so if you don't need all three nights please specify that when you book. Deadline is February 28th.  (If rooms are still available still try to ask for the Killer Whale rate!)

Coach K will be offering a Friday morning practice this week in addition to those practices already announced. Looking forward to a fast meet in Fayetteville this weekend!

 Don't forget that we have a high school meet at the WCHS pool Tuesday night so there is no practice that evening. (Of course all are welcome to come cheer on the girls!)  Wednesday will be normal schedule rather than early schedule so that Blue and Black groups can make up.  Please check with your PREP coaches regarding make-ups as well. Mornings will be Tuesday and Thursday this week.  Friday practice will be announced later in the week so keep an eye out.  

Coach Kurt will be offering a practice on Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 7am for all contract groups. We do have a practice scheduled for tomorrow morning; however, with the weather coming in tonight watch your emails before you leave tomorrow morning in case we have to cancel. They are predicting snow could start as early as 2 so please check the site before driving to practice. We are planning to practice but if we have to cancel it could be last minute.

The plan for the week is to have a make up for Blue and Black on Wednesday, so the other groups will have to swim at normal times rather than the early schedule.  Coach K plans to offer mornings on Thursday and Friday morning for contracts who need it. And don't forget IT IS SWIM-A-THON WEEK!!
