On Wednesday evening all medal groups will practice at 5pm, with dry lands starting at 4:30pm. The only morning practice this week will be Friday at 5:45am. We will have a Friday afternoon practice at 4pm, and a Saturday morning with the time to be announced later this week.
They haven't announced specific warm up assignments yet, but for Saturday's meet the schedule has changed. Everything is moved one hour earlier, so races will begin at 8am instead of 9:00. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Coach K will be offering a practice Friday morning from 5:45-7am, Friday afternoon from 4-6pm, and Saturday morning from 7-8:45am for medal groups. Mandatory for Elite.
Don't forget that the entry deadline for the MSA Pentathlon is coming up tomorrow! This is a great chance to get in a short meet on a Saturday morning and get some new yard times in the computer reflecting all of the improvements you made over the summer! Log in and get entered today!
JCKW Parents, Please keep in mind that the Webb City School District has been very gracious in allowing our program to use this facility for practices and meets. While the coaches are on deck working with athletes the rest of the children at the facility need to have a watchful eye on them as well, and that is where you come in. Please help us to keep an eye on the kiddo's as they play on deck, upstairs and outside. We can't have kids hanging out at coach's desk or...
The home JCKW meet in October and the SPA Fall Classic have traded weekends. (Drury University had a conflict and they asked us to swap so our meets would not conflict..) Take note: The JCKW home meet is now October 6th and the SPA meet in Springfield is now Oct 19-21. Be sure to ask your group coach if these meets are appropriate for your swimmer and get your entries in through the website by the deadline! thanks.
