Saturday morning the Killer Whales will all warm up from 7:30-8am.  We get the whole pool to ourselves.  There will also be an additional session for starts from the blocks from 9-9:15am if we don't get them done during our normal warm up times.  Get ready for some fast swimming!

 We will swim at 4pm for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Elite.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FOR CONTRACT GROUPS. 

Just in case we have some members certified that I am not aware of:  our meet referee let me know that we are still 3 people short of what we need to run our meet this weekend.  If JCKW member parents have Official's Certification, please let us know!  This is an important job.  If you are not currently certified but would like to be, please contact Coach Klosterman.  This is a great way to help our team! thanks

sorry it has to be so early.  don't forget, all are welcome to come watch the local high school boys at their home invitational:  diving is at 9:30.  Swimming races start at 1pm.

This year the championship meets in the spring will not be placed as they were originally posted.  The Regional Championship meet is now February 16-17 and Arkansas Champs are now March 1-3.  Qualifying times should be available within the next couple of weeks.  I hope you are as excited about the new regional meet as I am.  Now Arkansas Swimming will be very similar to the summer league A and B champs, with the Regional meet serving as a last chance qualifier for the champsionship meet in March!

They are getting ready to finish the pool parking lot so it is important that we don't have anyone driving on the gravel for now until it is finished. I possible, please walk around on the grass rather than across the gravel as well. Thanks for your cooperation.
