Mornings this week for contracts are Tuesday and Thursday.  Also, don't forget that Wednesday evening is at 5pm for all contract groups.  Looking forward to a great week of training!

We don't have an event file yet to be able to to entries, but the Pro-Am info is now posted. Cuts are the same as last year.  WHEW!! It is at a new location in Edmond this year and therefore I have posted new hotel information as well.  If you know you are attending, book early because the rates are still low and they haven't yet filled up!  It is going to be an exciting meet this year as they have increased the prize money and it looks like there...

Coach K will be offering a Friday morning practice for any contract swimmers who want it.  5:45am!  Of course, Gold and Elite groups are expected to be there.  :)
