The Meets & Events page is crucial for all swim meet-related updates. Here's what you can expect to find:

  • Meet Sign-Up: Detailed instructions and deadlines for upcoming meets.

  • Meet Lineups: Information on swimmer lineups for each event.

PAYMENT METHOD

  • All payments are processed through the Team Unify system. We do not accept checks.
  • Monthly fees are automatically billed on the 1st of each month.
  • Members must ensure a valid credit/debit card or ACH is on file for billing.

PAYMENT DUE DATES AND LATE FEES

  • Full payment is due on the 1st day of each month.
  • Payments are considered late after the 20th of the month.
  • A late fee of $20 will be applied to accounts with overdue payments.

PRORATING AND REFUNDS

  • Fees are prorated only for new memberships starting mid-month.
  • Team breaks are not subject to prorating.
  • No refunds are available under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required.​

  • We regularly use email to communicate vital information to our members.
  • Each member's website account is linked to an email address, which serves as both a login credential and a primary communication channel.

Updating Contact Information

  • It's crucial to keep your email address, SMS number, and service carrier current in our system.
  • This ensures you receive all group emails and texts, including important updates and notifications.

    • Reminders about meet entry deadlines.
