COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR CHILD'S COACH

Each swim group has a designated primary coach, who is your go-to contact for any swimming-related inquiries about your child. These coaches handle training plans, meet entries, and group placements. For convenience, primary coaches and their contact emails are listed below.

Please note that practice sessions are not the appropriate time for discussions or questions. If you need to speak with a coach and they are unavailable post-practice, you can schedule a meeting via email.

ADDRESSING ISSUES/CONCERNS WITH THE COACHING STAFF

If you have any concerns regarding our coaching staff, please follow these steps in order:

  1. Speak with the Primary Coach: Initially, address your concern with your child's primary coach. Avoid doing this during practice sessions. Coaches are available post-practice, or you can schedule an appointment if needed.
  2. Contact the Head Coach: If further discussion is required, reach out to the head coach in person or by email. The head coach will review your concern, discuss it with the primary coach, and may arrange a parent-coach meeting to resolve the issue.
