Who We Are:
The Naples Tiger Sharks (NTS) is a year round youth competitive swimming organization offering instruction, training, and competition for swimmers ages 6-18 yrs within the NSA Naples and JFC communities here in beautiful Naples, Italy.
The Tiger Sharks have been a long standing member of the Naples community for over 40 years. We are a member of the European Forces Swim League (EFSL) Southern Division which is comprised of swim teams from the U.S. and Allied Forces communities. We host swim meets locally as well as compete in local, regional, and EU competitions sanctioned by the EFSL.
We are a non-profit operated by volunteers and are self sustained primarily through dues, fees and service charges as well as contributions from fundraising. Coaching staff and the Executive Board supervise the management and operation of NTS. The Executive Board members are voted on annually. All Coaches and Board Members are volunteers.
We are supported by and work closely with NSA Naples MWR and JFC MWA. We are recognized by and abide by NSA Naples NFE regulations- NAVSUPPACT 1710.11F.
We are not just a competitive swim team, we are family, we are community.

The Naples Tiger Sharks Swim Team is committed to fostering excellence in competitive swimming within the Southern EFSL. Our mission is to cultivate a positive, inclusive environment where athletes of all backgrounds are inspired to reach their highest potential. Through dedicated coaching, training, and a focus on character development, we promote resilience, teamwork, and personal growth. We aim to develop not only strong swimmers, but confident, motivated individuals who thrive in and out of the pool.
