Registration for the 2025-2026 season will include an option to register for both Fall & Spring Sessions OR a single seasion (Fall or Spring) session.
NCAC’s pre-competitive programming is a great way for swimmers aged 5-18 years old to enjoy the sport of swimming without committing to a year round team. Some of our pre-competitive swimmers may continue with pre-competitive programming with NCAC throughout their swimming careers while others may use it as a stepping stone into year-round swimming program. Whatever they may be, we can help your swimmers tap into their swimming interests and achieve their goals.
NCAC offers 4 pre-competitive groups each of which focus on learning and refining all four swimming strokes. Swimmers will have an opportunity to compete in one NCAC meet each session, but participation in this meet is not a requirement.
All Pre-Competitive swimmers will need their own goggles, kick board, fins for practice.
