Thank you for your support of NCAC's efforts to host premier events. These events (meets) serve an important role in the development of our athletes.
Why does NCAC host meets?
- To enhance season planning and training cycles
- To teach our athletes how to prepare for races and race strategy
- To provide a controlled environment in which our athletes can experience wins and losses with the support of their coaches and teammates
- To minimize the amount of travel for NCAC athletes and families while providing high-quality competition.
Here are a few tips so that you can be successful in your role of Volunteer:
- Please wear your NCAC gear or Carolina Blue to your volunteer session!
- Plan to arrive at your volunteer location 10 minutes before your shift.
- Plan to stay at least 10 minutes after your shift to help transition the next set of volunteers. Think of these other volunteers as your teammates!
- If something changes and you cannot fulfill your volunteer commitment: 1) try to find a replacement 2) if you cannot find a replacement, please contact NCAC Team Management immediately so NCAC can work to fill the spot.
