Welcome to TEAM Charlotte! Our mission is to cultivate a close-knit team environment where every member receives personalized attention and support, enabling them to realize their highest potential. Whether your athlete is swimming simply to stay fit, or they aim to swim at the highest level of competitive swimming, our goal is to surround each of our swimmers with a culture of trust and empowerment. Through tailored coaching, diverse training opportunities, and a commitment to individual growth, we foster excellence and achievement within our dynamic team. We encourage young athletes to dream big, help them set realistic and achievable goals, teach them how to develop a strong work ethic, provide guidance during any struggle, and inspire them to pursue their potential. We hope to provide the community with individuals who, through our process, illustrate excellence as individuals, students, athletes, and young adults. We aim to support the development and growth of each athlete to their highest potential in competitive swimming and in life by helping young people discover their potential and push them as far as their dreams, talents, and efforts take them. We have a wonderful group of coaches, swimmers, and parents who enthusiastically support each other in and out of the pool. We believe our swimmers and families partner with us in developing a TEAM we can all take pride in. We look forward to having you join us for the 2025-26 season!

TRYOUT DATES FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2025

Swimmers MUST be familiar with all four strokes and able to complete a legal lap of each stroke to be eligible for beginner level groups on our competitive team. Swimmers familiar with freestyle and backstroke with general awareness of butterfly and breaststroke (doesn't have to be legal) may be offered the opportunity to complete our TEAM101 program offered in the fall, winter, and spring, to prepare for placement on our competitive team.
