Age Range:
10th- 12th grade
Entrance Criteria:
By invite only: Achieved Sectional qualifying times (or close to it)
Practices:
8 x per week in competition pool plus required dryland
Competition:
All meets recommended by coach and highest level meet qualified
Exit Criteria:
Graduation or if athlete fails to maintain th standards of the group, then they may be moved to Senior Gold.
