BERKELEY AQUATIC CLUB STROKE TECHNIQUE VIDEO ANALYSIS CLINICS

FOR ALL COMPETITIVE LEVEL ATHLETES.  MUST BE USA SWIMMING REGISTERED ATHLETE OR A PART OF BERKELEY AQUATIC CLUB. 

CLINIC SIZE IS LIMITED TOATHLETES- PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO SECURE PLACE.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Open to any USA Swimming Athlete Member or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in the Berkeley Swim School.  Must be PROFICIENT in all Competitive Strokes.  (Must be 11 years of age or older on the first day of the Clinic to participate)

 

CLINIC GOALS AND INSTRUCTION: Instruction will include:

  • Stroke drills and general stroke mechanics
  • Breakdown of effective stroke and IM transitions
  • Instruction on how to execute a shallow racing dive and utilize a Backstroke start ledge
  • Comprehensive Video Analysis – Above and Below Water with Feedback from a BAC Technician

 

GENERALAthletes are asked to be on deck, changed ready to swim 15 minutes early.  Equipment: students will need goggles, girls and boys with long hair must wear caps.  Please bring a USB Flash Drive with the Athlete’s Name on it to receive Video Files at the completion of Clinic.
 

Refund Policy: Clinic fees are non-refundable after the first class. There will be a 25% fee charged for any cancellation on or before the first sessionThere will be no make-ups offered for missed clinics.
