Q: How do I sign up for meets?
A: After logging into your BAC account, click on "Events". You will see all the events we have coming up.
Q: Is there a deadline to sign up for a meet or event?
A: Yes. The deadline is listed under each event. After the deadline, no changes can be made.
Q: How do I see what my athlete is swimming for a meet?
A: After the registration is expired, go to the Events page. Click on the event you'd like to view. Click on the commitment button to see the list of events your athlete is swimming.
Q: Can you sign up for a meet after the deadline has passed?
A: No
Q: If there's a multi day meet, do I have to sign up for all the days?
A: No. Just write in the parent notes what day or days you're able to attend.
Q: We're running late for the meet. Do we need to let the coaches know?
A: Yes! If the coaches don't see an email and your late, we will assume your absence and "scratch" the athlete. This means that all their events will be removed from the meet lineups. Scratches are due at a certain time each meet. Once the athlete is scratched, there's no time to add them back in the lineups. Also, there are no refunds for the meet dues once the deadline to sign up for a meet has passed.
