Meet Announcement -- This is the official "Meet Information" document and will answer nearly all of your questions about this meet. Coaches, swimmers, families, and volunteers are urged to become familiar with the contents of this document.
Events File -- This is the file that coaches use to enter their swimmers in the meet. This document can only be accessed by administrators using special computer software, such as Team Manager or TeamUnify. All entries are due by Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 8 pm Mountain Time.
Mandatory Coaches Meeting -- All teams are required to have a representative attend the coaches' meeting, which will be held over Zoom
Parking -- Free parking is available in the lots at the City of Las Cruces Natatorium, as well as in any of the parking lots in the various City of Las Cruces recreational facilities along E. Hadley Ave. Please build in extra time, as some available spots may be up to 0.5 miles away. A map of the area can be accessed here.
Facility Access -- Coaches, swimmers, and spectators will gain access to the facility beginning at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2026. spectator seating is available on built-in bleachers; tents and chairs may also be set up outdoors along the sidewalk outside the facility. Swimmers may sit on the on-deck bleachers, or they may bring their own chairs to sit on deck. No reserved spectator seating is allowed. Personal items may not remain on the bleachers or pool deck overnight.
Weather Protocols -- Please note that because this meet is being hosted in southern New Mexico, weather delays may become necessary. The City of Las Cruces Parks Department has a policy of clearing the pool if lightning is within 10 miles. In the event of lightning, all participants and spectators must follow lifeguard safety instructions. Any postponement or cancellation of the meet, or particular events, will be determined in accordance with USA Swimming Rule 102.7.4

Warmup Assignments
Heat Sheets -- Heat sheets for families and spectators will be available for free in digital format (available on Meet Mobile or in printable format below) and visibly posted for spectators on site. Please plan ahead, as physical heat sheets will not be sold on site. Coaches and officials will receive physical heat sheets for every session at no cost.
