LCAT Full-Team Practice

Good Morning,

On Friday, I would like the Black, White, Silver and Maroon Groups to be at the NMSU aquatic center for a combined practice from 6:15 - 7:30 PM.  We will be conducting stations working on Starts and Turns for all the swimmers.  The coaches and Senior swimmers will all be there helping work on all of the details.  We'll split the kids up into 4 groups and rotate through the stations for 15-20 min at each.  Pizza afterwards.  This is a great chance for everyone to meet everyone and make new friends.
