LCAT Team Registration - Renewal Required by September 30
LCAT Families,
Each September, we begin our new “swim year” (which goes from September 1 to August 31). This is the time when families must re-register their swimmer with LCAT by completing the team registration, which includes reading and acknowledging several policies.
This registration is mandatory for every swimmer (from Black group all the way up to Masters) and must be completed by September 30. If renewal is not completed by September 30, your swimmer will not be able to attend practices or meets.
Steps:
- Register your swimmer(s) by going to our team’s registration webpage by clicking here.
- Choose the practice group(s) to add to your card, then assign your swimmer(s) to the chosen group(s).
- Review and sign the agreements. Please note there are 13 agreements to review and sign. Please do not skip or skim these. This is all of the “fine print” about the terms and conditions of being a member of LCAT (volunteer requirements, fundraising obligation, meet fees, codes of conduct, etc.). Reviewing these NOW will avoid confusion and questions later in the season, particularly when viewing your invoices.
- Review and purchase your LCAT team registration ($40 per swimmer).
USA Swimming renewal membership may also be purchased now, directly through USA Swimming’s website for $80. Please use this link, which is specific to LCAT. Most swimmers’ current membership does not expire until 12/31/2023. It is highly encouraged to renew it now to check it off your list and your swimmer’s membership will then be current through 12/31/2024. Once your swimmer’s USA Swimming membership expires, they will not be allowed at practices or meets.
