Full Season Meet Schedule Available

LCAT Families,

We are writing to let you know of a new section on our team website, called “Short Course 2023-2024 Meet Schedule.” This new page is located as a sub-tab of the “Events” section on our main page. It also can be accessed by clicking here.

We hope you will find it helpful having this one-page snapshot of all the meets being offered during this short course season (September through March). You will be able to easily see which meets are being offered, which team is hosting the meet, where the meet is being held, which LCAT practice groups are eligible to attend, and whether there are minimum or maximum time standards.

A few meets to take note of are the Del Norte meets in El Paso meant for our novice swimmers, the Midland team travel trip for qualifiers, and our end of season meets for all swimmers (either Spring Finale in Santa Fe or State Championships in Albuquerque).

As always, a discussion with your group’s coach is helpful when deciding on whether to attend a meet and which events to enter. Additionally, please note that all meets have signup deadlines that are usually about 2 weeks before the meet, so don’t delay in registering!
