Photo/Media Release Agreement

1. Permission to Photograph and Record

I grant permission to Arlington Aquatic Club, its coaches, staff, and authorized representatives to take photographs and/or video recordings of my child during practices, swim meets, team events, and related activities.

2. Use of Images

I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be used by Arlington Aquatic Club for purposes including but not limited to:

• Team website and official social media platforms
• Promotional and marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, banners)
• Newsletters, emails, and team updates

3. No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings and will waive any rights to royalties or other payments.

4. Right to Revoke

I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time by submitting a written request to Arlington Aquatic Club. This revocation will not affect any images previously used or published.

5. Privacy Protection

I understand that no identifying personal information (e.g., full name, age, address) will be published alongside the swimmer’s image without additional written consent.
