I serve as the secretary for all six high school swim coaches, the athletic trainers, the Natatorium, and the Arlington Aquatic Club. I swam for Martin High School from 1991 to 1994—my favorite stroke was butterfly, though I also enjoyed the 500 freestyle. Back then, it was considered a long-distance event, but today it's seen more as a sprint!
I'm married to my wonderful husband, Ben. We have two grown children, Abbey and Jakob, and one very spoiled Yorkie named Whiskey. With the kids out on their own, Ben and I are adjusting to our “new normal” and embracing this next chapter.
In my free time, I love photography, crafting, and traveling. If you ever need anything, I’m always happy to help!

Coach Ethan, better known as Coach E, brining over 10 years of competitive swimming experience to the team. I’ve competed at all levels of high school swimming and was a finalist at both Sectionals and Futures meets, I also hold the 100 Breaststroke record at Martin High School. That I hope one day I can see an AAC swimmers name replace mine. I try and focus on creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for developing young swimmers—both physically and cognitively. My passion lies in helping athletes build confidence in and out of the water while laying the technical and mental foundations for long-term success in the sport. My favorite events are easily the 200 Breaststroke and 200 IM.
Coach Maddie was a competitive swimmer for 12 years! She competed on multiple teams including USA Swimming teams, YMCA teams, and her high school swim team. Maddie graduated from San Diego State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Science with a minor in Linguistics and works in multiple positions as a pediatric speech therapist, private swim instructor, and swim coach! Although she sustained a career ending shoulder injury her senior year of high school, Maddie has a deep passion for swimming and will do her best as a coach to help prevent any other swimming related injuries!

I swam for AHS 2017-2020, graduated January of 2021. Coaching and teaching is a big passion of mine. I'm excited to see all the kiddos reach their potential with swimming and strive for more every day. A big goal of mine in coaching is to create a fun and educational environment for the kids to grow and exercise safely in and out of the water. All in all prepping them for the rest of their swim journey. My favorite strokes are backstroke and butterfly. Though my favorite events are 100 backstroke, 100 butterfly, and 400 IM relay.

My name is Christian Wilson, and I am thrilled to bring over two years of coaching experience to this exciting opportunity. As someone who discovered swimming later in life, learning the sport during my sophomore year of high school, I bring a unique perspective to the pool. Despite starting late, I was proud to qualify for the regional finals by my senior year, which deepened my passion for swimming and shaped my coaching philosophy. I am deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals in the water, fostering both skill and confidence in every athlete I work with.
I am so excited to be a coach for Arlington Aquatic Club! I’ve been a part of the swimming community since 4th grade and proudly swam as an Arlington Colt within AISD, where I also served as varsity captain. Coaching has been an incredible way to give back to the sport that shaped me, and I’ve been coaching with AAC since 2021. I look forward to continuing to help our swimmers grow, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong love for the water
