Stingrays is for swimmers who are new to our sport and ready to learn the four competitives strokes, starts, and turns to become better, stronger swimmers.

FAQ - 2025 Summer Season

What are the dates for the summer session? Start May 26th and end on July 30th with a swim meet at the AISD Natatorium

When is practice? 9:00 - 10:00AM Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

Do we get any breaks? 

How much does it cost? $100 per swimmer paid to AISD and $65 per swimmer paid to USA Swimming for a total of $165 per swimmer

How do I pass a tryout? Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted

What do I need? Swimmers will need a swim suit, goggles & a towel

How are practice groups divided? Groups will be determined by age
