This Week At NTN

Jason Roberts

Dear NTN Families,

Below is this weekโ€™s update for the North Texas Nadadores. Please review all information carefully, as it includes important details regarding upcoming events and schedule changes.

๐Ÿ—“ Cancelled Practices

Please take note of the updated schedule adjustment:

  • December 4, 2026 โ€“ High School Meet (Practice Cancelled)

๐ŸŽณ Team Main Event Outing โ€“ November 13, 2025

We had a fantastic evening at Main Event with over 80 swimmers, coaches, and parents in attendance. The team truly took over the facilityโ€”from arcade games and bowling to laser tagโ€”and it was wonderful to see so many smiles throughout the night.

A special thank-you to our coaches for organizing this team-building opportunity. We are looking to schedule additional events throughout the season and welcome parent volunteers to assist with planning. If you are interested in helping, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

๐ŸŠ Sharing the Harvest Meet โ€“ Wrap-Up

Congratulations to all swimmers who competed this past weekend. Our team performed exceptionally well, and the coaching staff identified several areas of progress as well as key skills to refine heading into our upcoming meets.

A heartfelt thank-you to the many volunteers who contributed to a smooth and successful event. We received numerous compliments on the meet operations and could not have done it without you.

Team Highlights:

  • 224 top three finishes โ€” the most of any team
  • 70% lifetime best performances โ€” outstanding job, swimmers!

๐Ÿ… December MAC Meet

Registration for the MAC Meet has closed, and we are excited to have a strong group attending this time-standard meet. Swimmers must have achieved a BB time or faster to qualify (see the Time Standards section on our website). Coaches are finalizing entries, which will be posted soon if not already available.

๐ŸŠ NTN December Invite

Registration remains open for our NTN December Invite, hosted in our own pool on December 13โ€“14. This meet is open to swimmers with BB times or slower.
Please register by November 28 so you donโ€™t miss out.

๐ŸŒ Website vs. Sports Engine App

We have received numerous questions regarding the Sports Engine app. Please note that the app does not provide all the information, and navigation can be challenging. We strongly encourage families to use the NTN website as your primary source for information. All meet details, events, schedules, and updates are consistently posted there and are easier to locate.
