Swimmer Shout Outs:
-NEW CUTS
  • We will only be posting shout-outs of the swimmers who receive the following cuts: TAGS, Sectionals, Futures, Winter or Summer Juniors, Opens, or Olympic Trials.
  • We will post bonus cuts only if the swimmer has a hard cut. Once a hard cut is achieved, we will update to include bonus cuts.
  • Please note that as we are on deck with multiple athletes, we may miss some cuts. If that happens, please email us at [email protected] to let us know, and we will post the cuts as soon as time allows.
  • We will shout out swimmers' placements, finals, etc., at high-profile swim meets if time allows and we can collect the data needed to post accurately.
-COLLEGE COMMITMENT
  • We will post all swimmers who commit to swim in college.
 
-SENIOR SHOUTOUT
  •  We will post a senior shout-out for each senior during the months leading up to graduation.  * A questionnaire will be sent to seniors and senior parents during their senior year. It is the responsibility of the senior or their parents to fill out the questionnaire for the shoutout. Shoutouts will be posted in the order they are received. 
 
-NEWSWORTHY SHOUTOUTS 
  • We will do a shout-out post if a current or former RACE swimmer achieves something newsworthy in the water.
 
-PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
  • Photo submissions will be accepted at [email protected] as long as they are:
    • high quality
    • at a meet or team function (including practice or team bonding)
    • appropriate. 
    • are of current or former RACE swimmers
 
These photo submissions will be posted to either the grid/wall or stories at coaches' discretion.  We will not post low quality submissions, things that do not relate to RACE swimming, promotions of other teams or activities, multiple submissions of the same swimmer. All submissions are up to coaches' discretion.
