Friday Night at the Race, 50/50 raffle reminder
A reminder that this Friday is our third Friday night at the races.
Cubs and above will take part in these informal races, featuring prizes.
We'll need 8 to 10 volunteers from 4:30 to 6:30 to help with this. No need to sign up; just show up if you can. It's a great chance to watch the kids swim and get to know more folks in our club!
50/50 crunch time
If you have 50/50 tickets that you are still trying to sell, please contact Derek (446-5840) to book yourself some time at one of the ticket tables arranged for you.
If you feel you will be unable to sell all your tickets, please contact Derek to hand in your unsold tickets so that someone else can get them sold.
Remember, a portion of your sales goes to your fundraising account, but more importantly, we need all 5000 tickets sold to make this a successful event.
Derek is also collecting all ticket stubs and funds raised. It's time to start handing those in so we have time to get organized for the draw on Feb. 10 -- just three weeks away!
