Swimsuit order, Friday Night at the Races
Hi all,
The swimsuits ordered through Overlander are almost ready to go. Overlander will be contacting individuals soon to advise them of pick-up and payment instructions.
Overlander has advised that they were unable to get the female marbled suits through Arena. They're still waiting to hear from Arena whether these suits are back-ordered or completely not available.
Also, the size youth size 28 female suit and youth size 28 boys jammer are back-ordered. Please contact Overlander if you have any questions: 867-873-2474.
Friday Night at the Races
We'll need timers to help with this week's Friday Night at the Races. Please show up at 4pm if you can help with this.
And a correction: last week I said these races are for Cubs and above. In fact, they are for Sharks and above. For reference, from youngest to oldest, we have: Dolphins, Belugas, Sharks, Cubs, Bronze, Silver, then Gold.
All are welcome to come out and watch fast swimming, and/or learn how to time, which is also kind of fun.
50/50 raffle info
If you have 50/50 tickets that you are still trying to sell, please contact Derek (446-5840) to book yourself some time at one of the ticket tables arranged for you.
If you feel you will be unable to sell all your tickets, please contact Derek to hand in your unsold tickets so that someone else can get them sold.
Remember, a portion of your sales goes to your fundraising account, but more importantly, we need all 5000 tickets sold to make this a successful event.
Derek is also collecting all ticket stubs and funds raised. It's time to start handing those in so we have time to get organized for the draw on Feb. 10 -- just three weeks away!
