Who's going to Edmonton? No swimming Saturday, March 2
Hi all,
Coach Carol would like to know who's planning to go to the Edson Orcas Splash & Dash meet in Edson, Alta, April 6-7.
Please confirm by email to Carol by Monday March 4, if your swimmer is planning to go and whether they'll be unaccompanied.
A reminder that this is a two-day, short-course (i.e. in a 25-meter pool, not 50) meet, suitable for Cubs and above traveling unaccompanied or with a parent, and for younger swimmers traveling with a parent. Feel free to talk to Carol or your coach about whether your child should be going.

No swimming Saturday, March 2
There will be no swimming on Saturday, March 2 because of coaches traveling to provincial trials in Alberta.
Coaches will be in touch with individual groups about any disruptions to Friday or Monday swimming.
Thanks for your patience! This year we've had 23 swimmers qualify for provincial trials, provincial championships and festivals. This is a great sign that our club is coming back to life after our Covid slumber.
Friday Night at the Races
Our fourth and final Friday Night at the Races wrapped up Friday. Thanks to the timers and other volunteers who made this happen. It was delightful to see the kids swimming challenging races, including the 150 IM and the 200 butterfly. Quite a spectacle!
