Ribfest fundraiser this weekend -- any interest?

Our club has been invited to help out with Ribfest at the Multiplex this weekend, Aug. 3-5, as a fundraising opportunity. I'm sending this note to see if might have enough volunteers to accept this offer.
Western Canada Ribfest is looking for adults and kids over age 12 to help at their event this weekend, which runs:
- Friday, 11am to 9pm
- Saturday, 11am to 9pm
- Sunday, 11am to 7pm
Volunteer jobs will include setting up and taking down tables and chairs, clearing tables during the event (the organization would pay volunteers by the hour), and selling water and drinks at a separate table and keeping the cash proceeds.
To do this, we would need three to five kids and one or two adults throughout all three days. We could organize shifts accordingly based on availability.
Is anyone interested in volunteering or helping to organize this? Please respond to this email and I'll collect names until midnight tonight. If we get enough people, it would be fun to have a swim club presence at this very large event.
And if people are holidaying and not able to help at the last minute, that's OK too.
