Friday Night at the Races #1 and Nutrition Talk

Friday Night at the Races #1 - October 4th 

We have our first Friday Night at the Races #1 for Cubs and above this Friday, October 4th. 

We need ~15 parent volunteers on Friday, starting at 4pm. No need to sign up; just show up if you can.

Cubs and above will take part in informal races featuring prizes. It's fun and games, but we're also collecting times so our swimmers can see how they're improving. 

Nutrition Talk / Doctor Visit - October 5th 

This Saturday, October 5th, Cubs and above and their parents can joing a nutrition talk. It will be 8-9:30am at the Sports North building.

For reference, the group order is: Tadpoles, Dolphins (1-3), Belugas, Sharks, Cubs, Bronze, Silver, Gold
