Sandy Harris Meet info - Dec 6-8 in Calgary - Response due by Nov 1st/15th
Here is the information regarding the Sandy Ferris Meet in Calgary 6/7/8 December. This will be our 4rth consecutive year attending Sandy Ferris and it has become a favourite of the swimmers. We are looking forward to a fun travel meet and are always ready to answer any questions. Attached are some photos from last year.
At this time, Coach Carol and Coach Tyree will be attending.
As previously expressed, this meet is for more experienced swimmers but is suitable for 10 and under ((travelling with parents) in Sharks, Cubs, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cubs older than age 11 are able to travel unattended with the Club provided they are booked on the exact same flight as the Coaches.

The team will be staying at the Ramada Plaza Calgart Downtown Hotel. We have secured a block booking. This requires parents travelling with their swimmers to call
No Later Than 15 November to confirm their hotel room. Swimmers who wish to travel unattended must inform their Coach
No Later Than 1 November in order that we can book transport, room and meals. Meals are being organized,at the hotel for the team. It is highly recommended for all swimmers to participate in the meal plan and mandatory for unattended swimmers. Please indicate your interest to Coach Carol through email and by filling out the table at the link below to help with organizing this trip.
