Notice of System Error for April 2025 Fee Collection

Hi Swim Families,

 

Please be advised that multiple users are reporting that they have received a notice titled “Electronic Payment for Yellowknife Polar Bear Swim Club Failed” and that this month’s fees have not been collected.

 

We are actively working to resolve this on our end. There is no action for you to take at this time and this will not impact your standing with the Club. Once we’ve resolved this, your fees will be collected as normal.
