YKPBSC Mother’s Day Meet is May 9-11th - Volunteers Needed!

We are only one week away from the meet!  We need more than 30 volunteers for each shift to make this swim meet happen, so we are looking to you for help!

Our ability to run this swim meet relies on parent volunteers.

Please note that spectators will be in the viewing area at the new Aquatic Centre rather than on the pool deck. This means volunteering gets you on the deck and closer to your swimmers. 

While you do need to have prior training for many of the officials roles like stroke and turn judges, we can train you on the spot to be a timer. Please refer to the attachment in your email that walks you through registering on SC REMS and completing the online courses.

·         Friday, May 9^th 6-8am (2 hours)

·         Friday, May 9^th 4-6:30pm (2.5 hours)

·         Saturday, May 10^th 12-6:30pm (6.5 hours)

·         Sunday, May 11^th 6am-12pm (6 hours)
