Travel Expense Claims; Fundraising Quotas
Hello swim families,
We have a few financial items to update you on.
Travel Expense Claims
Our 2024-25 swim season has now wrapped up, and we are working to reconcile accounts.
For families with a fundraising bank who are eligible to submit travel claims, please check for an email from “Polar Bear” ([email protected]). This was sent to the email address that your child/children were registered with, so check your spam folder too.
All travel reimbursement claims are due by June 30th. Payments will be issued through TeamUnify.
Unmet Fundraising Quotas
For those families who did not meet their fundraising quotas, we will be issuing a collection through TeamUnify.
Prior-year Claims
For those of you who have outstanding travel claims from prior years (before July 31, 2024), thank you for your patience! After an extensive amount of work, we will be processing the outstanding amounts through TeamUnify in the coming week.
Lastly, good luck to the swimmers heading to Calgary for the Patriots meet!
