Hi swim families,

We’re kicking off our fundraising initiatives and looking for volunteers!

September TV Bingos

The Polar Bears are hosting TV Bingos on September 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.

We are looking for 2 volunteers for each date, from 5:30-7pm.

  • Volunteers will be responsible for answering telephones and recording Bingo Winner information.
  • Each shift will earn $125 towards your family’s fundraising quota / bank.

Fundraising Director / Coordinator

We are looking for a new Fundraising Director! If you’re interested, please reach out to any of our Board members (or reply to this email).

This role is part of the Club’s board, and duties include attending monthly board meetings as well as coordinating volunteers for fundraising activities. You don’t need to do it all – you would be the person ensuring that someone was on it. 😊

Registration is coming

We’re all very eager to get this season started. For returning swimmers, we will open registration soon and we’ll share more on that in the coming days.
