Swimming News: Sept 30th swimming cancelled; Hay River Meet; Upcoming Time Trials

Hi swim families, 

 

We hope everyone is getting back into their Fall routines. Swimming is in full swing, and we have a few important information items to share.

 

Swimming cencelled on Tuesday, September 30th in honour of National Day of Truth and Reconciliation 

Swimming will be happening per the regular schedule for Monday, Sept 29th. 

 

No dryland this Saturday, September 27th

There will be no dryland this Saturday for Gold & Silver, and pool practice will proceed like normal. 

 

Hay River Swim Meet - November 29-30th 

For our swimmers interested in attending the Hay River swim meet, families are advised to book their accommodations ASAP as there is a hockey tournament the same weekend. 

 

Save the Date - YKPBSC Time Trial for Oct 25-26th

Our first home meet of the season is our time trial, which will be on Oct. 25-26. We will have an officials development opportunity on Friday, Oct 24th, with time and details TBC. 

 

We'll be looking for volunteers to official and encourage anyone interested in joining (it's fun!)
