Hello Families,
Thanks for completing Step 1 of the registration process on our YKPB Swim Club's website. Your information is being transferred to the Swimming Canada system, which means you have, or will soon, receive an email from them. Please check your spam/junk folders if you don't see this email in your main inbox.
The email will come from SportLomo, from Swimming Canada, and will have a "no reply+YellowknifePolarBearSwimClub" subject box.
Step 2
: Click on the link in the email from Swimming Canada. New families will need to
create an account. Returning swimmers will need to "update information" for their swimmer.
Review your swimmer(s) and contact information, which was imported from our club system from
Step
1. Make any necessary edits, and
click the "Confirm and Submit" button
at the bottom.
It is important that you confirm this information, even if there are no changes to make. It will then bring you to the c
onsent
section. New families will need to fill out and sign the "Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk" form. All families should check the box that confirms that you've read and agree to comply with the policies (after reading them, of course!). The email notification check box is optional.
Press "Save"
at the bottom.
And that's it! Your swimmer(s) are fully registered now.
Please don't enter your credit card information during this part of the registration. All fees to Swimming Canada are paid through YKPBSC.
