System Issues for Fee Payments
Hello swim families,
As you likely know, November 1st was meant to be the first payment of the regular swim fees.
Many of you have reported issues around payments not going through and receiving notifications from the system that started this weekend. We are aware that many families with active accounts and valid credit cards are receiving errors, while other families were charged last year's fee rates.
Please be assured that the Board is working diligently to resolve these issues. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will share more information as it becomes available.

Also a quick reminder there is no swimming on Tuesday, Nov 11th for Remembrance Day.
