How To Register For A Meet
For those families new to the process, you will need to log into your Team Unify account, select the meet by choosing the pink “edit commitment” button. The next screen will ask you to declare “yes, ____ will attend” or “no, ____ will not attend.” Then hit “save changes”
Screen #3 will be the one in which you will choose events. Choose events by clicking the box by each one. Do not worry if your swimmer does not have a time (NT = no time). The coaches will “guesstimate” a time if one is required for entry. All events are swum by age group. Be sure to hit “save changes” before exiting. If you do not, your work is not saved.

If you’d like to know more info about a meet, click over the name of the meet (on the left side of the meet menu screen). This is where the meet packet (info about location, ect), warm up times, and any other important info will be posted. This info is usually under the ”description” heading.
Once your swimmer(s) are registered for a meet, you should be able to view the events entered in each individual account. Coaches will either “approve” or “reject” each event. If an event is rejected, the coach should contact you to explain why. Usually it is because the swimmer is not yet ready for that stroke or distance. We make it a policy to enter swimmers in events for which they can legally swim the stroke(s). Meets should be a positive experience for all!
