Hello! Thank you for being a part of our MCY Swim Team,
**According to YMCA Southwest Ohio League rules - every swimmer must be a member of the YMCA he/she represents in YMCA competitions.
Therefore - ALL MCY swimmers must have an ANNUAL Miami County YMCA membership.
**The Program Fee is a one-time fee that can be broken down into payments that can be made by the 1st of each month throughout the season beginning with October 1st through February 1st as shown in the chart below.
- This Program Fee is the amount due no matter when you start the MCY Swim Team, it is broken into payments if you want to pay in pieces.
Booster Fee: This fee pays into the Miami County YMCA swim team booster account. Any expenses incurred for home meets, officials’ training, team website management, banquets, fun nights, etc. are pulled from this account.
***Meet Fees: these will be billed in addition to program fees as your swimmer attends meets. This is an escrow account that is held in the Miami County YMCA's Daxkopayment system and must be in the positive to attend meets. This account may be broken down into payments, as needed throughout the season, or you may pay by each meet your swimmer attends, add up the fees and pay as you go. When attending an invitational, every event your swimmer entersis an additional charge, usually $3.50 - $4.50 per individual event AND relay so please keep this in mind when entering meets throughout the season. The total above includes a $100 strongly suggested deposit in your swimmer's account to pay for the swim meet fees during the season.
***The Total above is only missing these Meet Fees and we ask that you consider paying the entire $100 as an Escrow account to pull fees from during the season.
***Each swimmer will have different amounts due according to the amount of meets/events that they attend.

Monthly Amounts:
- If you choose a monthly payment option and pays are more than 30 days past due, your swimmer will not be eligible to attend practices, meets or register for upcoming seasons.
- Payments more than 30 days past due will be subject a $50 late charge fee that will be manually charged to your saved method of payment.
**Please note payment plan option is for Program Fees only and does not apply to the Meet fees/Program Fee/DryLand fees.
***Meet fees and booster fees are to be paid in full upon registration unless you make arrangements with Leia Lander personally/through email for something different @[email protected]
**Fees may be paid at either branch, in full or in monthly payments as mentioned above, please keep your receipts in case of any questions. Leia is excellent in getting back with you and making sure that payments are correct...please reach out to Leia for all information about payments for the season fees.
*Payment arrangements can be made for families with multiple swimmers or other circumstances.
**Arrangements must be made prior to the start of the season or prior to the 1st of the month if circumstances change during the season.
