She brings over 25 years of experience with the Marlins, as well as 7 years as Assistant Coach for the Troy High School swim team, beginning her sevententh year as assistant (Coach Jim is the head coach!) for the Troy Christian High School swim team and 17 years as Head Coach of the Troy Dolphin Summer Swim team as well as the Secretary of the Tri-County Summer League teams including two area summer teams and six northern Ohio teams. Coach Pam is also the Southwest Ohio YMCA League Treasurer (the YMCA League that the MCY team belongs). Pam lives in Troy with her husband, Jim. Their oldest daughter, Dakota swam for MCY for 9 years and also swam for the University of Cincinnati Club team for three years and is now married and has a two year old, currently living and working in southeast Cincinnati with her husband Billy; also a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. Their Son Zane and daughter Gabby swam for MCY for 12 years and both graduated from the University of Cincinnati in Biology. Zane currently works for the Cincinnati Zoo full time and can also be seen working the new Rope Attraction and All-Things-Zoo-Experience at the zoo or the Membership desk. Gabby also graduated with her Masters in Marine Biology from the University of Miami in Florida and has been married to her husband Justin (you might have guessed from the University of Cincinnati as well!). Their youngest son, Zeke also swam for MCY for 13 years and graduated from the University of Cincinnati and also swam for the UC Club swim team. He currently has his own Indoor/Outdoor painting Company based in Troy and will be married in September.

Jim Fulton lives and works on the same farm where he was born. Along with farming, Jim also is a pastor of two small rural congregations outside of Greenville. This will be Jim's twelveth year as an assistant coach of the Miami County Marlins. The additional skills Jim brings to the team include his beginning ten years as Troy Christian High School's head swim coach as well as a wealth of knowledge concerning strength and power training. The 2014 - 2015 and the 2015 - 2016 Troy Christian High School seasons, Coach Jim was named the Metro-Buckeye Conference Coach of the Year along with his boys team winning the MBC meet two years running in February. This is also the first year of taking a boys team of 4 to the State Meet held in Canton at the end of February along with two of these swimmers being from the MCY team (and son Ezekiel making State in the 100 Breast!!) He is also a certified Personal Trainer and enjoys power lifting competitions and Senior Olympics competitions throwing the shot, discus, javelin and hammer. Other personal interests include personal gardening, and raising Barbados sheep.

I am a teacher at Miami East High School where I teach Math and Computers. I am the assistant Girls Soccer coach, the National Honor Society Advisor, and the Yearbook Advisor. Jason and I have two girls, Cher and Suzie, who swim for MCY. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering on deck with swim team, coaching the girls' soccer teams, and running. You might see me in the summer at the Troy Aquatic Park where I have been an assistant manager for fifteen summers. I have taught swim lessons at the YMCA since 2011.

I am Matthew Christenson, I started my swimming journey at the age of 12 at a local summer team, the Castle Hill Paranahs. That winter I joined the Marlins and never looked back. I swam for six years under Coach Jim and Pam before deciding not to swim in college. I am currently a manager at the Benchwood Road Chick-Fil-A. This will be my second year assistant coaching the 11-12 practice. I can't wait to see all the fast times the kids put up this year.
