USA Swimming Premium Membership is Annual and Valid from September 1, 2024- December 31. 2025 so identified as 2025 membership.

MEMBER SELF RENEWAL GUIDE
This guide is to help those that are self-renewing for the 2023-2024 Season.
After Sept 1st, chosen members can use this guide to help them in a step-by-step process on how to renew their USA Swimming membership.
- Members from 2023-2024 will be able to renew their USA Swimming Club members at anytime from Sept 1- August 31, 2024.
- New members will still need to create a new SWIMS account with the 2024-2025 OMR link for our team and create an account.
- Expired members will need to use our team's new OMR 2024-2025 link to create a login into their account, but should not create a new account.
Because our team chose for our members to self-renewal, USA Swimming will send a series of emails to remind our members that it is time to renew their USA Swimming membership. Members can self-renew from mobile, but desktop is still preferred. Once the member has completed and paid for their membership with a credit card, they will receive an immediate confirmation email, and be able to view their receipt in the SWIMS account.

Our Team will be letting Families> Self Renew or Self-Register as New:
Existing athlete/non-athlete members from the 2023-24 season will renew through their own USA Swimming account already established which was set up last season (from Sept 1, 2023 to Aug 1, 2024 so designated as 2024 USA Membership).
· Individual members will be able to self-renew starting September 1st. Members will receive messaging in ‘SWIMS’ (USA Swimming) that it is time to renew. So, SPY Families please complete your renewal between Sept. 1-30
· You will be directed to USA Swimming's Welcome to USA Swimming page. On this screen, a parent/member will be able to log in to their account, renew existing family members and register new members all in one transaction. Registration information will automatically update within our SPY team management software.
New members will set up an account and self -register.
· Coach Mike Austin will send you our team's registration link. You will establish your USA Swimming account and register your swimmer.
FEE Info and Payment> USA Swimming will collect payment directly from the member whether doing Renew or New for 2025 Fees. Members will complete payments by using their personal credit cards through their individual ‘SWIMS’ (USA Swimming) account. Members will pay the USA Swimming registration fee and Ohio Swimming LSC registration fee directly through this account.
2025 Members will receive a USA Swimming communication within 24 hours of completing their new and/or renewal transaction.
An itemized receipt will be available following each transaction. The receipt will detail:
1. Membership(s) purchased
2. USA Swimming fee
3. Ohio Swimming LSC fee
