Company Matching 

Does your company match your volunteer hours that you contribute volunteering at BCST events and  swim meets?  For example, if you work for Microsoft, you can submit your volunteer hours that you  donate to BCST Boosters using Microsoft’s giving service provider Benevity. Microsoft generously  matches your donations of time at $25 per hour. The money is then used to pay for pool rental to host  major championships such as PNS 14&U Short Course Championship and May Flowers meet at the  Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center, provide parent education, maximize volunteer coordination  and to improve BCST programs. BCST Boosters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Update Credit Card Information 

If you received a new credit card or a replacement credit card for your BCST billing, please update your  credit card information in www.BCST.com to avoid interruption of charges managed by BCST Boosters  such as swim meet entry fees.  BCST Boosters charges will be posted on your credit card account on  the first day of each month at midnight.  BCST training fees, however, are billed and managed by the  Bellevue Club and not by the Boosters.  

To update credit card information: Log in to www.BCST.com ‐> My Account ‐> Account Info ‐> Payment  Setup ‐> Update/Replace existing card, or Add New Card 

To view past invoices and details of charges: Log in to www.BCST.com ‐> My Account ‐> Invoices &  Payments ‐> Billing History ‐> Click on Invoice for details
