COACH SPOTLIGHT!


Everyone meet Coach Gage!  We are so lucky to have Gage as part of our awesome coaching staff.

Gage is a former sprinter who swam through club swimming and his college career at College of Idaho. 


Gage loves how welcoming and inviting everyone on BCST has been.  He loves that he is able to learn from those around him and grow as a coach.   


Gage’s favorite part of coaching is seeing how the relationship grows and builds with each swimmer.  His guidance for his swimmers is to remember that “discipline builds consistency.”
