Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

Greetings, 

Happy October! Please review the weekly update below.

Meet Recap:

We hope that you had a great time at our meet this past weekend!  It was fun to watch all our athlete’s race!  Overall, we loved the energy and effort that the swimmers showed. Complete results were attached to the weekly email!

*Additionally, if any parents who took pictures would be open to sharing them; we’d love to post a few on our site. 

Mark your calendars for our next developmental meet which is scheduled for Friday, November 3rd!

Swim Team Apps:

I know there are many smart phone apps and it can be difficult to determine which ones are truly necessary.  Here is a rundown of the main apps that we work with. 

  • On Deck- This app connects with our SportsEngine site.  The log-in information should be the same as our SportsEngine website.  Parents can update swimmer information, sign-up for USA meets, view meet results, and view past communications via this app.  We encourage that ALL parents use this app. 

 

  • SwimminglyFan- This app connects with our Swimmingly Clubhouse site.  The log-in information should be the same as our Swimmingly Clubhouse site.  Parents can view meet programs for our team hosted developmental meets and view results in real time on this app.  This app is helpful but not necessary as this information is also available on the Swimmingly Clubhouse site. 

 

  • Swimmingly- This app is needed to help us run our developmental swim meets.  Volunteer timers will need to have this app to help run the meet.  Feel free to add and remove this app before and after our meets. 

T-Shirts:

We will be ordering T-Shirts this week!  Please login into our SportsEngine site or update your swimmer’s t-shirt size on the OnDeck app.  We will order plenty of extras but cannot ensure that all swimmers will receive the correct size if this information is not updated. 

October Billing: 

Our annual admin fee was charged on October 1st. This fee was $50 for Development 1 and 2 swimmers and $75 for Bronze and Silver swimmers. This was in addition to monthly dues. 

USA Swimming Registration:

Swimmers on our USA Team will be sent a USA registration link later in the week.  This link will prompt families to register their swimmers with USA swimming.  This is a requirement for all swimmers in our Bronze and Silver groups.
