Life Time Oregon Swim Team Weekly Update: 11/26/2023

Good evening, 

My apologies for the late weekly update. Here it is: 

Developmental Meet Schedule: 

• Friday, December 8^th- Holly Jolly Swim Meet- Sign-Up is now open on Swimmingly!  You should have received an email prompting you to declare for this meet a few weeks ago, however it is possible to register without this email. If you need a refresher on how to do this please refer to the following link:  https://support.swimmingly.app/complete-meet-declarations

Forest Grove Meet (USA):

• I will be sending out an additional email to all USA swimmers who are competing in the Forest Grove Meet later this evening. 

T-Shirts are in!

• If you have not picked up your T-Shirt yet, please either come a few minutes before practice or stick around after practice to receive it. 

Winter Break Practice:

• The winter break practice schedule can be found below.  AM practices looked to be our preferred times.  However, many of our swimmers were affected by the PPS strike and will only be holding AM practices on December 26^th-28^th.  The schedule can be found below. 

• Additionally, swimmers are welcome to attend practice as often as they’d like during these two weeks.  Swimmers do not need to stick to their assigned days.
