Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment.

Hello Swim Team!

We hope you are all doing well! Here is the weekly update:

Upcoming Meets:

  • May Developmental Meet: Friday, May 17th @ Life Time Beaverton. This meet is designed for our newest swimmers! Sign-Up is now open!  All swimmers with a Swimmingly account received a system generated email on 5.6 prompting them to declare for the meet.  

    • If you have not yet participated in a developmental meet you will need to make a Swimmingly account beforehand.  You can do this by clicking HERE.  You will also need the following registration code:  6d58bce8-0bf8-11ee-8fb4-c2b3e1fb23ce

  • DDAC Memorial Sextathlon (Short Course Yards): May 18th-19th, Portland, Oregon. This meet is now closed!  We are excited to be bringing 14 athletes to this meet!

  • AAA (Long Course) Summer Blast Invite: May 31st-June 2nd, Albany, Oregon. This meet is tentative; however, you are encouraged to sign up even though we don’t have individual events listed yet.  

  • CST Summer Invitational: June 14th-16th, Newberg, Oregon. We are waiting on more information, but this meet is confirmed!

All developmental team members will automatically be transferred to our Summer Swim Team starting June 3rd. The season, running through August 9th, will cost $375, billed in three installments, with a $25 admin fee for a T-Shirt, cap, and meet entries.

Lifetime + OHA Parent Drop-Off Procedures:

Life Time management, in accordance with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), requires all children under 14 to have adult supervision on the pool deck unless participating in swim practice. Swimmers 13 and under must be supervised by an adult not affiliated with Life Time staff if they stay on the deck outside of practice times.

Quick Reminders:

  • Dryland + Meetings: We plan to implement short dryland and meeting routines before practices. Developmental swimmers should arrive at 4:20 PM, and USA swimmers at 5:05 PM.

  • USA Team: Please order a snorkel and fins if you haven't yet, available under the "Team Apparel and Equipment" tab on our website.
