Upcoming Developmental Meet- Friday, December 20th
We’re excited for our upcoming developmental swim meet on Friday, December 20th. Here is a current list of all registered participants: MEET ENTRIES AS OF 12/16.
If your name is not listed it means that you have not officially signed up. You must do this to be able to participate in the meet. Registration instructions can be found below:
All attendees should plan on arriving for the meet by 5:00 PM. The meet should conclude around 6:45 PM. A more detailed email will be sent out later in the week!

Winter Break Practice Schedule
We will be running a modified practice schedule during Winter Break. Please check below for details:
* Bronze, Silver, and Gold swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend the AM workouts. However, if they do have a conflict they are welcome to attend the Dev. 2 Practice.
Life Time Swimmers Shine at Two Meets This Past Weekend!
Our Life Time swimmers showcased their incredible talent and determination at two exciting meets last weekend. Congratulations to all participants for their amazing achievements and dedication!
Heat Winter Jubilee
A big round of applause to Simon Boariu and Elowyn Thomas, who proudly represented our team at the highly competitive Winter Jubilee Meet. This meet required swimmers to achieve time standards for their events, making it one of the most prestigious age-group meets of the year!

Simon Boariu: Simon delivered an impressive performance, qualifying for finals in 5 events for 11-12 boys. He showed incredible grit with his challenging event line-up, finishing:

Elowyn Thomas: Elowyn achieved remarkable personal bests in the 100 Fly, 100 Free, 100 IM, and 200 Free. Notably, her 100 Fly time secured a qualifying spot for the 11-14 Oregon State Championships in February. Way to go, Elowyn!
HEAT Winter Invite
Thirteen Life Time swimmers competed at the HEAT Winter Invite, with special recognition to Eva Lockyer, Vincent Schremer, and Niki Shahbeigi, who participated in their very first USA swim meet! Outstanding job, swimmers!
Highlights by Swimmer

Aurelia Anderson: Competed in the 100 Fly and 200 IM for the first time, finishing 1st among 11-12 girls in the 100 Fly. Fantastic debut!

Jasper Chang: Achieved multiple personal bests, including a 4-second drop in the 50 Free. Great work!

Izzy Da Cruz: Set new personal bests in the 50 Breast and 100 Free, with an incredible 5-second improvement in the 50 Breast!

Sonia Ellefson: Achieved 5 new personal bests and claimed 1st place in her age group in the 50 Breast, 100 Breast, and 100 IM. Amazing performance!

Bella Jones: Delivered an outstanding meet with 6 new personal bests. Bella secured 1st place in her age group for the 50 Free, 100 Free, 200 Free, 100 Back, and 200 IM. Incredible achievement!

Adam Kao: Achieved personal bests in all his races and placed 1st in his age group in the 50 Free, 200 IM, and 100 Breast. Adam also earned new state qualifying times in four events!

Morgan Lee: Secured 4 new personal bests, including a 5-second drop in the 100 IM, where she finished 2nd in her age group. Great job!

Eva Lockyer: Had a fantastic first meet, competing with heart in the 25 Free, 50 Free, and 25 Butterfly. We’re excited to see her progress in future meets!

Dylan Mason: Achieved 4 new personal bests and placed 1st in the 100 IM and 2nd in the 200 IM for his age group. Outstanding effort!

Lola Rodenas Diez: Set 4 new personal bests and earned 3rd place in her age group in the 100 Breast and 50 Fly. Well done!

Patrick Schremer: Delivered an amazing meet with 5 new personal bests. Patrick earned 1st place in the 200 Free and achieved state qualifying times in the 100 Fly, 50 Back, 100 Breast, and 200 Free. Incredible accomplishment!

Vincent Schremer: Competed in his first USA meet and dropped close to 4 seconds in the 25 Free. Great start, Vincent!

Niki Shahbeigi: Had a fantastic first USA meet, competing with confidence in the 50 Breast, 100 Free, and 50 Back. She rocked all three races!

If you've been by the pool lately, you may have noticed some new signs asking everyone to keep food off the indoor pool deck. Thank you so much for helping us keep the area clean and safe for everyone to enjoy—your cooperation really makes a difference!
