Developmental Meet Recap!

We had a fantastic developmental meet on Friday, May 30, with swimmers giving their best efforts and enjoying the experience. Special congratulations to Maya Rami, who decided at the last minute to take advantage of an open lane and swim her first 100 IM. Awesome work!

Here are the swimmers who achieved the largest drops in time at the meet:
Joseph Wang: 25 Fly – 4.9 seconds improvement (13.8 percent)
Sami Rami: 50 Free – 10.2 seconds improvement (12.7 percent)
Nehara Gunasekera: 50 Breast – 6.8 seconds improvement (10.8 percent)

Thank You
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents who volunteered as timers and helped with prizes. Your support made this meet a success. We hope that every swimmer had fun and left feeling inspired for the next competition.

Mark Your Calendars

Results & More

Complete meet results are available on the Swimmingly Clubhouse and Team Unify websites.

Let’s keep the momentum going! Developmental meets are an excellent opportunity for swimmers to practice, improve, and build confidence in a competitive environment. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the deck soon.

Final T-Shirt Order (Today is the last day to order!)

We're gearing up to place our final order for our gray Life Time Swim Team T-Shirt—the same one we loved from the fall! With several new swimmers joining our team, it's the perfect time to snag one if you want an extra.

Here's the deal:

Fill out the FORM if you'd like to order another shirt. (There were a few new swimmers who did not receive one in April and May- please do not fill out this form if you are in this boat.)

T-shirts will cost between $18 and $23 depending on the size of the order.

Parents, this is your chance to represent the team in style at meets—grab one for yourself!

Deadline: We'll be submitting the order by Thursday, June 5th, so don’t miss out.

Let’s show off our team spirit together!

Summer Schedule/ Billing

Our summer schedule will begin Monday, June 16, and will apply only to our Gold, Silver and Developmental 2 groups. The schedules for all other groups will remain unchanged.

Summer Attendance & Meets

  • Swimmers in all groups may attend practice as often as they like—there are no attendance limits.

  • We’ll host additional swim meets at Life Time throughout the summer. Tentatively scheduled for: 6/20, 7/18 and 8/1

August Break & Development Opportunities

We observe a short break in early August (per the USA Swimming calendar) and will resume in September when school starts. This pause is critical to prevent burnout and support long-term development. During the break, we will offer:

  • Stroke clinics

  • Private lessons

Detailed information and registration links will be sent as we approach August.

Billing & Absence Policy

  • Because we maintain a highly flexible, unlimited-attendance program, we cannot prorate for summer vacations.

  • Families planning an extended absence (one month or longer) must submit a written request at least 30 days before the requested end date, in accordance with aquatics policy.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss practice plans for your swimmer’s summer schedule.
